Hi there! I'm Marilyn O'Connor, President of Arrecife Development. I spent 25 years before I moved to Puerto Morelos working and living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. My professional life began at Medtronic Inc, and in the late 80's I then formed a travel and tour company. At the same time I completed coursework and became a professional Realtor.. I've travelled extensively and found no better real estate and investment opportunities than right here on the Mexican Riviera.

I've been living, investing, and working for the past 6 years in seaside Puerto Morelos, just 20 minutes south of the Cancun airport. My office is located in the heart of the village, overlooking the town square

Being on the ground and being a part of the development of this unique place has been an education, a beautiful way to make a living, and hard work! My free days are spent traveling the Yucatan, getting to know the culture, the terrain, the people, and the investment opportunities that exist now and in the future. I enjoy walking the land, learning the fascinating history of the Maya, and taking in all of the incredible sites, sounds, and flavors this region has to offer.
